• 500g spinach, washed and chopped

• 1 onion, chopped

• 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped

• 1-inch piece ginger, grated

• 2 tbsp butter

• 2 tbsp gram flour

• 2 cups milk

• 1 cup vegetable broth

• Salt and pepper as per taste

• 1/4 cup fresh cream
